I carried my weedeater in and told the guy who checked me in I need a new throttle and put me a new head for the string,well they had my weedeater for almost 3 months,when I picked it up they had charged me for a carb.,a spark plug,a clutch.There was nothing wrong with the way it run when I carried it to them.I want take anything else to them if they going to do bussiness like that.
They have always been very fair and kind to me. I don't understand the bad reviews. I took my zero turn to them on Thursday with several repairs I needed done. They had it back to me on Wednesday and went above and beyond what I had asked them to do. Mower runs great now. Nathan and Cindy are great people and I am very thankful for them.
This is not the people that worked on my mowers..in a previous review... they are actually the ones that did fix my mower... good folks
Only do warranty for work on Massimo, won't do anything outside of warranty work.
