After using Nathan's since we moved to the area 7 years ago, it has abruptly closed. Aside of that, they were great when they were open. This is fine but not a word of warning to their customers. A simple message on their site would be helpful. Thank you to Sherman Oil who answered a call on New Year's Eve!

Had my furnaces placed last Oct? 2022 and broke down few weeks ago. Tried calling as I assumed it would have warranty I’ve always had a good experience with this company. The phone line is disconnected and i heard from other company they have troubles? Not in buisness? No way to contact them- I’ve had to pay out 1000$ within two weeks to have a functional NEW furnace that should have been covered by warranty and not out of my pocket. Called and scheduled a delivery for 100 gallons of oil. The women I spoke with was extremely friendly. Then she called back later that afternoon because she forgot to take my name down. Then some crazy guy started yelling in the background saying he was laying off drivers, and that I need to call my home insurance company to look at my oil tank, and that the tank should be replaced for $3,500.
