Nathan was late and came in with a negative attitude. He was extremely rude. When I asked to help move some of the nightstands out of the bedroom, which had glass on the top. He said, well I didn’t allow time to be moving glass around. Then when I asked about moving the dresser, he didn’t want to move that and said it was too much. He said he allotted 2 1/2 hours to clean. The cleaning consisted of a small 12x14 bedroom carpet and steam clean the drapes. Nathan was great, did a really good job. What stands out: Nathan communicated well, was on-time and very professional.
Terrible service though the cleaning was good and owner told me in January 2024 to clean carpet at least every year… that’s fine but I called five times in last month to schedule and no one returns my calls
Nathan was on time and did an excellent cleaning of our carpet, sofa, and chair. Very professional.
