Nathan provides an outstanding service! We had a sofa, recliner, and the entire condo's tile floors cleaned and its all immaculate! He will be our annual service provider. 10/10 would recommend.
I’m delighted with my carpet cleaning by Nathan: He was available on the date I requested and he arrived promptly. He kindly listened to my requests regarding the cleaning, and the end result was a fabulously cleaned carpet. Thank you Nathan
Nathan was late and came in with a negative attitude. He was extremely rude. When I asked to help move some of the nightstands out of the bedroom, which had glass on the top. He said, well I didn’t allow time to be moving glass around. Then when I asked about moving the dresser, he didn’t want to move that and said it was too much. He said he allotted 2 1/2 hours to clean. The cleaning consisted of a small 12x14 bedroom carpet and steam clean the drapes. Nathan was great, did a really good job. What stands out: Nathan communicated well, was on-time and very professional.
Terrible service though the cleaning was good and owner told me in January 2024 to clean carpet at least every year… that’s fine but I called five times in last month to schedule and no one returns my calls
