Very pleased with the service I received at Nathan's. Highly recommend.
I took my truck to Nathan, he charged me fairly since I was working for Synergy Florida AT the time, I was referred to him because he handles their "fleet". As I attempted to call him for more repairs, more business, I've been ignored. I've left messages multiple times with no response. The company Synergy Florida has told this company to not do business with me so here is my PUBLIC review. Also, since I was in the AV department, you paid full price for your cameras and NVR.
I talked to Nathan a week ago and specifically asked if my car needed to stay on his lot while the necessary part got ordered for the repair. He told me no it didn’t. We scheduled a time this morning (about a week after the conversation to allow the ordered part to arrive) to drop off the car to get fixed. Upon arrival Nathan said that we need to leave our car for three to four days while he orders the part and waits for it to arrive.
