I have had several piercings done here in the past but yesterday’s experience went even above and beyond. It was fairly busy due to it being a weekend but they were still able to take me in for a walk in piercing (forward helix). Waits are not uncommon on the weekends but it’s worth it! Had such a wonderful experience. Took my 4 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. Staff was super professional, polite and patient.
Nicol is the only piercer in town that I will go to. She's well educated, great with all questions asked, awesome at explaining aftercare, and unlike many others, she won't give you a piercing that won't work on your body. I trust her instincts and her capabilities are top notch. I appreciate a professional that genuinely cares about her craft. Thank you Nicol. I can't wait for our next piercing adventure.
I go to nathan's for all my tattoo and piercing needs. Just recently I visited to change out my septum jewelry for something smaller because I thought that was what I wanted at the time. Later in the week I found I had made a mistake and it was just too small and uncomfortable for me. They didn't hesitate at all to help me swap it for another piece in a quick and professional manner. The staff was unfriendly and I received no communication within the 50 +minutes I waited to get a septum piercing. I found out 40min in that my piercer was not even in the establishment due to overhearing him talk to the guy at the desk He then proceeded to eat and take another smoke break while myself and another customer were waiting. The other piercer was in with a client for over an hour and continually came in and out of the room.
