The Doctor and the whole staff there was patient and kind and listened to my concerns. They all took very good care of me before and after the procedure!
The team was very nice. There was cancellation so I go in early. They had to stick me 4 times before finding a vein. The procedure was explained in detail. The anesthesiology was very nice about explaining the process. After the procedure the discharge instructions were explained very clearly. I was told the findings and the time it will take to get the results. I called the next day to see if everything was ok.
Really efficient practice. Their entire staff was extremely kind and professional.
Thank you for taking good care of me. This was the easiest procedure I have had in my life. The prep was another story. Everyone was kind and respectful and friendly. I was done and out on schedule. I did not have any issues with the anesthesia. I felt good the whole day.
