First meeting with Dr Jest and I already feel like I am at ease and in the right hands. I received detailed information and explanation along with the reassurance I needed.
Dr. Jest is intelligent and compassionate. He was very accommodating and laid out a great stepwise plan to get to the source of the problem. Would recommend to everyone. Everyone in the clinic was wonderful and polite.
Dr. Jest is a kind, tall & gentle giant with the support staff that allows his skills & knowledge as a GI specialist shine! They're not perfect they just try to get it right if there's a concern. Dr. Jest's bed/chair side manor speaks volumes to the physician I've come to know, & respect.
Dr Jest is very thorough and patient. He takes his time to make sure you are comfortable and all questions are answered. I would highly recommend him for your GI concerns and/or checkups.
Both experiences were at Elmbrook Hospital. The staff were professional and friendly. Dr. Jest took the time before and after the procedure to explain what he would be doing and why. He presented the results and again thoroughly explained the facts. He was professional and friendly. We would choose to have him for any necessary follow up.
