I saw Dr. Jest for a GI condition that was not properly diagnosed by my PCP. He was able to get me in quickly, ruled out other, more serious conditions and solved my problem. The treatment involved very expensive antibiotics, and his office staff helped me navigate the hoops I needed to jump through to get my insurance to cover it. Everyone in the office was kind and professional and I’m very happy with the care I received.
I messaged him and told him, I was spitting up blood, and that I couldn't eat because I had pain in my esophagus and he didn't read them. He tried to ship me meds, but he did a old insurance company. And when I messaged him with my new insurance. He did nothing. He is incompetent and as zero feelings for his patients
Great. Dr Jest was very good and reassuring me on my GI care. Could not have asked for more. Dr was very thorough.
Dr. Jest is marvelous. Really intelligent.
