Best Surgeon in Fauquier!!!
I cannot say enough good things about Nathaniel. I was referred to him to remove a cyst in my left armpit (I do not recall the exact diagnosis). He is very professional, very thorough, pays very close attention to details, and just epitomizes what I would consider to be every positive characteristic I would expect from a professional in health care. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr Saint-Preux for the removal of a Lipoma and a Pilar Cyst. He was always asking me if I was ok or in pain while he took both out using local sedation. I highly recommend him. Wonderful bedside manner and will answer any questions you may have. I wish I could give more stars!!
