Referred to Dr Liu by Dr Don Duff to have a Fitsula for dialysis. Office staff is very helpful and Dr Liu is wonderful. Very upbeat, caring and explained what was needed. Scar hardly noticeable. His surgery scheduler Tina was very sweet and accommodating towards me when scheduling the surgery. She Checked back with me several times. Lydia his PA helped reassure me of questions I had. Overall this experience has gone excellent & according to plan.....even in the middle of a pandemic ?? .
I saw him for the first and last time. One of the worst experiences I have ever had with a physician. Instead of focusing on the reason I was there, he went through my history and proceeded to pick apart everything I have ever been told from my ophthalmologist to my regular physician. He seemed to think he knew more than anyone else. One example: I told him I use tea tree oil for an eye issue. His response was to ask did I not know tea tree oil is an irritant. Only first visit, but very pleased with this physician so far. Is trying to help us with a difficult case, where others have not been successful. Very thorough in getting background information and has a plan of care.
