No one looks forward to a GI procedure ;-), but I give the team at Lake Country Endoscopy and HI Assiciates full marks. Kim did a great job during the intake paperwork. Emily followed up with the usual but necessary medical questions that precedes the doctor’s involvement. Not that I look forward to my every 5 year visit with Dr Jest, but as a necessary procedure he couldn’t be any more professional, kind and communicative. He always thoroughly explains the process, results, and go forward actions plainly and completely. And he’s just a nice guy, which is important. My 96 year old mom also sees him for various issues and she has said she wants to adopt him😉
