I've been with Dr. Jablecki for about 15 years. I have never seen a more informed and caring doctor. I know I wouldn't be here today without him. I'm so sad that he's going to sports medicine but I'm happy for him. I know it was his dream. I'll never have another family doctor like him. I trust him with my life. Dr. J is the best! He has always gone above & beyond to help me even if it requires that extra step. Always very pleasant & kind. So glad my husband & I found him 7 years ago!
Dr Jablecki seems like a good and smart doctor. The front desk staff, on the other hand, have been quite rude to me. They seem to have had no training in greeting customers. I felt like I was just a number. Dr Jablecki deserves better staff. His response to my complaints indicated that he thought I was the problem not the staff. They also seldom answer the phone. My family and I are so grateful for Dr. Jablecki and his attention to our well-being. He takes time with us and doesn’t rush us through visits, while listening to any and all concerns. He is timely with his responses and is a genuinely concerned with ensuring that we are heard.
