Have left several voicemail with Dr. Moores "innovative" billing systems for a call back; zero response. Now the bill his team refuses to discuss is delinquent. Avoid this medical professional at all cost.
Very rude, very unprofessional, lacks empathy. Do not recommend in an emergency or any other situation involving humans.
