I had a 3:30 appointment and waited maybe 5 minutes. The doctor came in almost immediately. He explained everything that would be done knowing that this was my first time that I was receiving the procedure. After we left my wife said he had excellent bed side manners and I thought he was very thorough explaining the procedure and what to expect.
