My appointment with Dr.Ernstoff was scheduled for 11:00 a.m. I arrived at the check-in window at 11:01. Literally. The receptionist asked me to wait a moment while she finished something, which was completely fine. She checked me in at approximately 11:03 and then informed me that the doctor is very strict about punctuality.
