Horrible. My old agent sold his business to them, and they've been utterly incompetent at managing my new policy. 1. They couldn't even pull my policy up, and blamed it on Progressive, and told me to call them. 2. I called Progressive, they confirmed with me that this company is INDEED my current agent, (it is listed as thus in their system) 3.
