The staff have always been very knowledgeable
The care provider seems to look at the different direction than others.
Dr Kocharian has been an excellent doctor for me. He is accessible, knowledgeable, and professional. He makes times for questions and addresses the entire person, not just the part that needs care. He has referred me to specialists as needed and the specialists have been excellent. He is patient and follows-up. Additionally, his staff is friendly and efficient.
It was a very good experience, All of the above was very well understood (risks, benefits, options, etc.)
Christopher's bedside manner is deplorable. Seldom looked at me when speaking, was mostly looking at the computer screen and not very present at all
Dr Maynard is excellent! He explains things clearly, is very professional and listens well.
