Although the treatment itself was successful, my experience with the staff was deeply disappointing. The behavior I encountered was unprofessional, insensitive, and at times outright inappropriate—especially from the front desk staff. After undergoing a root canal for an infection that had spread into the bone, I was still numb and clearly recovering when I approached the front desk. Very poor customer service looked at an infected Root canal which they did 8 years ago & proceeded to recommend a tooth extraction & implant & proceeded to make an appointment to do so & start an implant process … then called me that afternoon & canceled the appointment ??? & were to refer me back to my primary dentist who never got the report ??? Wow
Dr. Behrents is a fantastic dentist who specializes in root canal and other treatments. I highly recommend his clinic!
