Awful service! Dr. didnt say much, a yes or no to my questions. Didn’t explain anything about the procedure. The staff at the front desk 👎🏼 Got treated like 💩 Very unprofessional and mean, mean! Would NOT recommend this location at all! Bad, bad service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
The staff was friendly enough. They root canal was successful. However, my daughter was SCREAMING in pain during the first part of the process. She was not given any sedation. I have no idea why. They did NOT communicate this with me. The shots to the top of her mouth were a NIGHTMARE. They only gave her nitrous, AFTER I asked for it. Our regular dentist has done very similar shots without one tear from her. There was NO communication or sympathy about the root canal procedure or the pain and screaming. Professional staff, friendly and the best experience you can have while having a double root canal
They are a very relaxing place and made me feel at ease and comfortable. The music they play is also very good to listen to while they are working on you.
Dr. Katherine and her team are amazing. I was so nervous to get a root canal, but she was calm and reassuring! It was so easy and much faster than I expected. I only have the best things to say about this great team!

It was the easiest fastest root canal in my life. The COVID measures seemed a little excessive, but it was all done with a smile. Everything runs so smooth in their office, and every little detail is well thought through, such as office decor, the nurses uniforms that are fitting and slimming (I had to ask where they buy them), extreme cleanliness of all surfaces, painless surgery, and easy check out.
