Receptionist was not welcoming and rude during our conversation. I was very disappointed because I wanted to schedule a preconception visit and ask the doctor questions about starting a family and how to prepare my body instead of searching the internet for answers. I have visited this facility before and the doctors are great… but the receptionist I just got off the phone with made me feel unwelcome, and ridiculous for wanting to schedule a preconception visit. Currently looking for a new OB/GYN facility.
