I had a full foil, colour, and toner service at Nathaneal V Hair Salon, and unfortunately I was very disappointed with the result. During my consultation, I showed the stylist a reference photo and clearly explained that I wanted darker, cooler-toned highlights. At no point was I told this couldn't be achieved in one appointment. Only after my hair had been coloured was I told I'd need to come back in two months for another round of highlights to get the colour I originally requested. Love love love !!! Alexandra was my stylist and I would recommend her to anyone who needs a good stylist, I felt like a made a friend as well as a trusted hairstylist. My hair was red after years of salon and box dye and in one session Alex turned me into a Carmel goddess and kept the integrity of my hair !!! Nothing but good things to say ❤️❤️❤️
Went there for ONLY a scalp bleach. Instead they decided they'll do whatever they feel like and dyed my roots brown, which I DID NOT WANT. They also fried my hair so bad I have the worst breakage to the point where it looks like I'm balding. I wanted my roots just to be blonde like the rest of my hair but they bleached it orange then dyed it brown and then tried gaslighting saying it'll fade and if it doesn't fade he'll remove the dye himself for free, I waited 2 months and it didn't faded so I called asking if they can remo... read more
Be very careful when dealing with this business. My wife came here and was promised they would fix their mistake for free on a seperate visit. Now they are refusing to do it entirely.
