He was very thoughtful and thorough in his explanation. He definitely did not talk down to me or anything like that, gave me full respect and although he was moving from my location he was very conscious of the distance I’d have to travel should I choose him rather than his partner to do a particular procedure. That was very thoughtful of him.
Nathan was great. Very informative, practical, and willing to listen. He has an excellent bedside manner, and I will recommend him.
