absolutely terrible. the work is expensive and not all that great. lots of problems with my kids' braces even though they are very careful with what they eat. the don't bill to insurance so sorting it all out means you get to become their part time billing specialist and deal with your insurance and the practice and your FSA. if constant headaches and an empty wallet are your goal then this is your place otherwise do yourself a favor and find someone, anyone else.
