I had a truly wonderful experience with Dr. Nathan Strauss and Kait for my IRCC/INZ immigration medical examination! My daughter and I had one of the best experiences today. The staff were incredibly kind, and the doctor was especially gentle and friendly with my daughter, which made a big difference. Everything was quick and efficient. Booking was very easy — I left a message, and they called me back the same day and scheduled us for the next day. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Drove in from PG, to have immigration tests done. Kait and Dr. Strauss were very polite and easy going. They made the experience for our family relaxed and enjoyable.

Seen Dr. Strauss a while back for a walk in, he proceeded to be rude throughout the appointment, printed me a wikipedia article about the issue he thought I was having with my heart and then told me “good luck with that” in a full wait lobby as i left. Would not recommend

Great supportive doctor. Ideal family doctor. The only minor complaint I have is a lack of privacy. You can hear everything between the rooms and sometimes out into the waiting area. They need to add soundproofing or white noise speakers throughout the ceiling space to ensure privacy. We shouldn't have to be shy or hesitant with our doctor about sensitive information because of that. Would be 5 stars otherwise.
