Dr. Starke was OK for the first time meeting him. However, I found the wait time to be unacceptable. There wasn't an apology for running over an hour behind schedule; from him or his staff. Also, there wasn't any advanced notice that he was running that far behind. I didn't find his staff friendly no smiles, just there. The best part of the visit was his resident. She was efficient and kind. Hopefully my future visits will be different from this one.
After having a very bad experience with a different urologist on the other side of town, I decided to go see Dr. Starke in the medical center. After arriving in the office, I was led to the back with a very friendly assistant. The entire staff was extremely nice. Dr. Starke answered all of my questions and had already reviewed my records prior to coming in to meet me. He had a very relaxed beside manner and was extremely knowledgeable. ALL AROUND OUTSTANDING!
Saw Dr starke today. Very impressed and took the time to listen to my issue and took the time to explain what he thinks is going on and tests we want to run. Jeff W
Dr. Starke is phenomenal! He is smart, upbeat, explains things well, a fantastic surgeon, and has an incredible bedside manner. I would highly recommend him.
