The staff were very friendly and even though it was Christmas Eve they kept me informed when the wait time was longer then usual. The doctor kept eye contract, went over the x-ray results and we came to conclusion this issue wasn't something he could address. He did suggest a couple of things to try at home and then asked if I had a more questions, said no and I left the office. Would see him again if I needed treatment that he could take care of the issue.
Doctor Shane was very thorough. He explained the situation and I understand what I need to do to get better. His suggestion to get a lift for the other shoe should help. I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I feel that the care I received was excellent.
Dr Nathan Shane is wonderful. He is so caring and professional . The best !!! All the staff are friendly and efficient .
