Never having surgery before, I was nervous, to say the least. Dr. Richardson and his team made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions. Took me step by step through the surgery Process so I knew exactly what to expect. ALL my appointments were on time and meaningful. I felt they truly cared about me and my well-being. I knew I was in good hands. Thanks for everything.
Listened to me and my concerns. Was very knowledgeable about how to treat my long ongoing shoulder issue. Actually finding a surgeon who listened and spent time talking to me is such a blessing. I have been repeatedly turned away over the years. Dr Richardson has such a kind down to earth bedside manner it was refreshing , I felt very at ease. His nurse is such a sweetheart also. All the staff at the office are very welcoming.
With my fractured arm, he was patient, and explained my alternatives with the pluses and minuses of each. I elected for surgery. No problems with the surgery and I was able to care for myself within several days.. The staff at Bingham Memorial and in his Pocatello office were wonderful, even remembering my name. I definitely would recommend Dr. Richardson!
My Mom has had hip pain for years but has never felt comfortable going to a doctor. Finally the pain was too much and she made an appointment with Dr. Richardson. She called me later to let me know that she has never had such a positive experience with a doctor. She raved about how professional, kind, and knowledgeable he was. He gave her all the time she needed to have her questions answered. And she is pain free thanks to his expertise. Thanks, Doc!
