I saw Dr. Richards for high heart rate issues. I was alerted to these issues thru my Apple Watch. He ordered some testing. Upon reading the notes from my visit, I saw that he wrote that I “looked fine” and he thought it was “anxiety”. I saw 2 other PCPs and a cardiologist for this same issue. They listened and took my concerns seriously. I just got the results of my Holter monitor and was diagnosed with POTS. He's a good dude.
Our family loves Dr. Richards! He was so kind and helpful with each of our kiddos! Very attentive and so knowledgeable, while still being respectful of our preferences.
We had one disagreement about some gossip he was told about me. That hurt me. He was honestly a great doctor. He listened to me. Once, my left arm felt weak. He did about 6 different tests on my arm to find the issue. The arm was OK. Dr. Richards really knew his stuff.
Dr. Richards is a wonderful physician. Very gracious and attentive with our elderly parents who are his patients. Highly recommend.
