Very caring Dr Richards is always thinking about what is best for his patients...and I trust him completely with my healthcare
I have the best possible doctor in Dr. Richards. Everyone in the office is superior. His nurse, Kay, always looks after me exceptionally well.
Missed important diagnoses, doesn't listen, and lacks empathy.
I saw Dr. Richards for high heart rate issues. I was alerted to these issues thru my Apple Watch. He ordered some testing. Upon reading the notes from my visit, I saw that he wrote that I “looked fine” and he thought it was “anxiety”. I saw 2 other PCPs and a cardiologist for this same issue. They listened and took my concerns seriously. I just got the results of my Holter monitor and was diagnosed with POTS.
