If I could give a zero I would. I used to LOVE this office. I recommended Dr Hamilton to everyone! Half of the adults within my family go here. A year ago I mentioned the front desk staff was leading me to looking for a different doctor. This year, their swap to Henry ford has sealed the deal. I setup an appointment for an ear infection and to discuss current medications. My fiancée scheduled an appointment for TUESDAY May 26th and the office put it in for Thursday. He showed up Tuesday and told them he could not make the Thursday appointment. We get a nasty letter from the office Saturday June 13th stating that we did not contact the office to cancel. HE WAS STANDING IN THE OFFICE AND TOLD THEM. Do NOT VISIT THIS DOCTOR. If you needed a warning sign, this is it. I am not generally in the business of leaving scathing reviews, but I feel strongly that this could save a life. My healthy and vibrant mother was mistreated and misdiagnosed for over a year. Thankfully after a year of being treated for TMJ, they went to U of M for a second opinion and found out shortly thereafter that my mother had multiple myeloma ( cancer) and that the TMJ was actually a large tumor in her jaw.
