Disappointing. I was told he was the best knee doctor in the area yet, there was nothing he could do for me because the area of my knee pain didn't match my MRI. He had no data to explain my pain so he gave me a referral to another doctor and sent me on my way. I don't blame him though...after dealing with severe knee pain and doing PT, corticosteriods, gel injection and oral steriods I was still experiencing significant pain so I was pretty emotional. I went to see Dr Moore for a second opinion, he was very clear about the options I have before getting a total knee replacement. The sad part of my story is that I tried already all of those options with poor to bad results. Dr Moore asked me if I was ready to go for a total replacement or stay the way I was, I told him that I was ready and he said we can do the surgery in 5 weeks. I was been referred from doctor to doctor. A sister from church tired of seeing me in pain gave me a referral to Moore Orthopedic. My encounters thus far have been absolutely phenomenal. I have a plan in place to resolve my meniscus tear. The staff are friendly and attentive. Support and helpful. The PA very knowledgeable on point, the Dr. Thorough and kind. He explained process, addressed my questions and made me feel at ease. I am so grateful to have you all. Thank you for your support. I thank God for your practice 🙏
I highly recommend Dr Moore as an orthopedic surgeon. He has done a hip replacement and most recently a knee replacement on me. He does the least invasive type of surgery and that means he doesn’t usually cut the muscles and uses robotics making for an easier recovery. The recovery time from a surgery where your muscles aren’t cut is accelerated and makes a world of difference. If you’re looking for a great surgeon- make an appointment with Dr Moore.
I love how friendly and feel personally cared for in this office. The Dr. patiently answers all my questions.
