I let it slip after they gave me incomplete lab results. Wasn’t too bothered when they couldn’t go through the simple process of confirming my insurance. Was cool with the fact that they cancelled my appointment 1 hour before it started. Now I asked one simple request to submit my labs before my appointment so I wouldn’t have to wait until 2:00 to eat and the doctor doesn’t even do that anymore. Time for a new provider. Maybe one who puts patients first!
Dr Kaller and his team have been so awesome. Quick responses to medical questions and very helpful all around. Great professional demeanor and also down to earth.
