Several years ago, my father was diagnosed with cancer at the base of his tongue by Dr. Nathan. While my father has now passed, I am forever grateful to Dr. Nathan for providing an accurate diagnosis and quick referral to my father’s oncology team. I never knew the name of my dad’s ENT who diagnosed him until looking through his medical records today. Excellent service
I had a terrible experience with Dr Nathan. He performed a surgery to open up my sinuses, but 2 1/2 months later, I feel worse than ever. In follow up visits, he avoided answering my questions as to why this is happening. He became passive aggressive when I pressed him for answers. He didn't take my concerns seriously. His PA billed me for an office procedure that she did not perform in a follow up visit. It is time for Dr Nathan to retire!
If I could leave 0 stars I would! We brought a family member to Dr. Nathan twice after getting a second opinion from another ENT. Due to the results of the 2nd opinion we found out we had to go back to Dr. Nathan because he can do the procedure needed. After making the 2nd appt with Dr. Nathan to go over the results from the previous ENT, he dismissed us and pretty much said the previous ENT, Dr. Sharma, whom he knows, was lying and just said what we wanted to hear to get us out of his office (Dr. Nathan’s words).
