Went into my chart to ask for something, and got a tele visit from Christina, and she really went over my medical history and made sure i was prescribed the correct medications. I made an appointment to see this doctor for a simple anual physical. When I arrived to check in the receptionist heard me sniffle. Well she said I had to take a covid test before the doctor could see me. This was when covid tests were still free. I asked if they could do the test there and how much it would cost. They said it was free and could be done right then and there then I could see the doctor if it was negative. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I have been seeing this doctor for over 3 years and when I needed a form filled out regarding my medical history, he says he’s not aware of the condition which he’s been prescribing me medication for 3 plus years. How are you prescribing me medication and not know my diagnosis from another medical professional if you’re now claiming to not have ever received my medical records?
