I hired Nathan Mcallister to help me with an uncontested probate after a 40 minute appointment. He required $3200 and set an appointment for the next day. I came and gave him the check which he cashed the very next day. He wanted some addresses from me, death certificate and made an appointment for the following week. My daughter attended the 15 minute meeting with him. Nathan said he was filing probate right away and would notify me when the date would be. Nathan was quick to take my money and made promises then promptly stopped returning calls. I went to his office and found him clearly intoxicated slurring his words and stumbling around in a state of half dress. He is nothing but a drunkard and con man
Nathan is a fraud and a theif . I wouldn't hire him to clean my gutters . You can't trust someone like this with even simple legal issues he just wants your money and then stops responding
Mcallister took over 2k from me as to retain his services and promptly stopped responding. I had to hire a different attorney to assist me after this guy literally stole my money. Not to mention he reeked of alcohol the last time I was at his office and was completely disheveled and slurring his words clearly severely intoxicated. He could have at least had the decency to return the money I paid him if he wasn't going to do anything for me.
If you are looking for an attorney read this before making a decision with Nathan Mcallister. I usually don't write any reviews (especially negative ones) its hard for me to write this one most of the time we let is slide by but NOT this time. Im an owner of a small business we needed an attorney we made the decision to go with Nathan as he was very confided that he can tackle it and we will win the case (it was a very simple one) we meet up once every 2 weeks and talked about details on our current case , well..... ever... read more
