My family and I are new to area. We unfortunately got ourselves pretty sick, and being sick in a “foreign area” with no established doctors, is a bit nerve wracking. However, the entire office has gone beyond and above to take great care of us and I couldn’t be more thankful that the Lord placed them in our tracks.
Absolutely pointless. I couldn't even set up an appointment because I am not an established patient. I tried to set up an appointment to do so and was told I would need to go to the gloversville office. I work 7 days a week in town practically next door to the primary care center in speculator and live 5 minutes away from it. However it is about an hour to gloversville 1 way (driving distance). 👍

Most rude and nasty people I have ever met.
I have waited over 2 weeks for my Anoro inhaler to be submitted to insurance for prior authorization which has to happen every 6 months with my insurance. The pharmacy has also emailed and faxed them with no reply. I have tried calling them multiple times and always a busy signal. I'm stuck with this place because noone else takes my insurance
