i had andrea becker before she left and she was amazing!! i was going to switch after she left but they made it very easy to find another OB within the clinic, now i have Aubrey Mendoza and she is also amazing!!
Unbelievable, won’t refill my prescription because I haven’t had an appointment but yet they never call me to check up or set one up for me. I haven’t had an annual since I’ve had my son 2 years ago!
This place is the worst! They never take your problems seriously, you’re never able to get in with your provider because they are always “out of office”, and the receptionist are always rude. I have run out of options and I said “so i’m pretty much screwed” and the receptionist laughed and said “yeah pretty much.” This place does not care about you!
They aren't accommodating to you when you can only come in and be seen later in the day because of work. Highly disappointed. Never had this issue at my old hospital
I would not recommend this OBGYN as a first choice. They have not provided my wife nor myself any comfort during any of our visits. Visits are met with condescending talk, and unengaged staff. Every question and problem brought up has been met with un-enthusiasm. No patient should feel criticized in any healthcare environment. All healthcare staff should greet patients with enthusiasm, and a caring demeanor. This OBGYN clinic has lacked both. Unacceptable of any healthcare environment.
