Tried all day to get in when I am sick as a dog and have a fever. Called all the primary cares... Gloversville did not answer for a while then put me on hold for a long time and did not come back. Mayfield phone number led back to a switchboard. some wheres and the lady says I don't know anything. I don't know any of the phone numbers on the switchboard she took down all my information and said someone WILL call you back. Waited all day and suffered. Primary is good, the sick n quick is useless for anything more major than a common cold
Woman on the phone refused to let me notify her that my mother was running late and kept throwing me on hold. I was on hold for over 5 minutes and hung up to call back and quickly just let her know so my mom wasn't marked as a no show. She ignored me and said nothing but she did cut me off and put me back on hold. I understand the person in front of you takes priority but that was just rude and handled poorly. I am saddened to learn that they have discharged me from seeking medical care here Im 75 years old moved back here 6 years ago from Saratoga . Ever since joining their care it has been one nightmare after another . They keep sending me bills that I already paid and in some instances couldn't find checks that I paid them with . In all my years I never had any problems with healthcare providers until I teamed up with them .
