Well sitting in a room of the emergency room on 3/30-3/31 during the night hours, all the nurses were outside of the room making fun of another patient, who was very disoriented. Instead of acting like professionals and doing the work that they were trained to do, they decided they're time was best suited in making fun of a older gentleman who had no idea what was going on around him. Spent 7.5 hours sitting in an ER room in IMMENSE back pain. Was given NOTHING for pain management while waiting despite reiterating to the techs and nurses that I was at an excruciating 8/10 pain level, was ignored for hours while waiting to hear from someone (anyone!), and was ultimately sent home with no diagnosis or pain management. This ER is clearly horribly understaffed, and shame on the upper management for being okay with that. 7.5 hours in an ER is unacceptable. Days later, my pain has gotten even worse.
