I spent 2 1/2 hours in the ER as I hit my head and was having bad headache. I never got to see the doctor yet for an hour i was told that I was next to be seen by the doctor. I left without being seen by the doctor.
Ended up walking out after sitting with my child waiting for the results of a test. I was literally ignored and disregarded by staff this evening, I comprehended that it's an Emergency Room and holds up happen, but I sat in the doorway of my child's room completely ignored this evening by staff. I finally had to call out our PA by her first name to get her attention and replied that she hadn't had time yet to look back at my daughter's chart. That's fine.
