I had a good experience dealing with Kara-Lee and the team at Dominion for my mortgage. The rate provided was competitive and their communication during regular hours and follow up was good. The only difficulties I experienced were getting a hold of someone between Christmas and New years. I wish their communication was better to reflect the changes to their work hours during this time.
