I gave them 2 stars because the staff is super friendly and helpful . However Dr Mendoza has terrible bedside manners and suffers with a God like complex . I never felt welcome at the office . He makes no eye contact and never listens to what’s best for the patient. Instead of treating me for my prostate issue in office I was told to go to the ER where I stayed for 4 days being treated with the same antibiotics he refused to issue me . Told Mendoza that I have trauma issues and ptsd from former urologist and that nothing goes in me without me being sedated, and stents don’t come out without at least being numbed. He agreed with me yet 24 hrs after and heart attack and a heart stent placed he expected me to remove a kidney stent myself then came into my hospital room with an attitude refused to numb me held me down a ripped the sent from me while I struggled and begged him not to. As of today he is fired I will be talking to the hospital about this as well.... read more
Dr. Mendoza and his associates are exceptional in their field of medicine. This team is by far the most professional, respectful, patient focused office I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend team Mendoza!
