Kim the front office assistant on Pain Management on the 3rd floor of SSM in Jeff City is extremely rude and disrespectful. She openly invited a negative review knowing there will be no accountability regarding her job. She openly caused a scene in front of other patients. She did not care that i drove 1 1/2 hrs to my appointment. She did not care about my physical pain as she attempted to reschedule me for being 7 mins late to my appt.
