While Dr. Woodward seemed like a nice person, I cannot recommend this practice based on my experience. After my first visit, the portal summary included bullet points claiming we discussed topics that were never mentioned. This felt misleading, particularly with phrasing like “patient and I spoke about…” when those conversations didn’t occur. The reviews I saw before I visited scared me..Dr. Woodward 's bedside manner was impeccable. He knew all about me thru my St. Luke's portal. He had a clear plan and I even found out I was no longer a diabetic on my first visit. He listens, gives you options and is a VERY caring physician! I recommend the entire St. Luke's Shoal facility. Friendly and efficient.
I’m very impressed with Dr Woodward, he is very professional and has excellent bedside manner. He listens intently, and is extremely thorough, he explains everything in layman’s terms and the staff is fantastic! I highly recommend him.
