This team of people are exactly what you want to walk into if you are hesitant or nervous about having treatment. The whole team from the front to the back office was friendly and knowledgeable with genuine smiles. Dr. Hinckley took his time and made sure I was comfortable the whole time in the chair. My assistant Chelsea was so kind, we were even laughing together while I was in the chair. Absolutely horrible! Had root canal, still had sweet and cold sensitivity with the tooth, exactly where I told him it was before we started. Came back he drilled into it to go through the motions but didn’t resolve anything. Went back he drilled again, finally took a picture and saw a big dark shadow / air pocket that is not supposed to be there and ignored it and pushed me on. Am sitting 2 yrs out no crown because I can still feel the cavity in the tooth. $1500 plus insurance thrown in the trash because of people that shoul... read more
Dr. Hinckley and his staff were exceptional. I have a great fear of going to the dentist and they were kind, empathetic and professional. Highly recommend.

I had a weird gray tooth from a youthful mishap. I had lived with it most of my life but I asked my dentist if it could be fixed somehow and he referred me to Dr. Hinkcley. The initial consultation, he did almost the opposite of a sales pitch, telling me he'd give it a go but he couldn't guarantee results. I put it off a year or two since he didn't promise much, but I recently came around and decided to give an internal bleaching ago.
