Went in with what we thought was a kidney stone, after ct scan that was ruled out not by them never received any call back with results and after speaking with nurse, and leaving several messages on the “messenger system” on further symptoms was ignored by Hollenbeck. Ended up in ER due to lack of care from this office. Sat around for four days in pain waiting on Hollenbeck to help me. Ended up going to the ER Stillwater medical and had me figured out in 30 minutes.
Most professional and friendly staff and dr. I have ever had the privilege of going to.
