I have spent a week on hold trying to get through to make an appoint and find out about my Rx. I have been waiting to hear back from the doc about the Rx for a month. Nobody picked up the phone all week. The system says "you are 19th in line..." so I wait and finally it says I am 2nd or 3rd. Then I am 14th in line again. It takes another hour or so to count down again and kick me back to 19th in line again. This is ridiculous. UPDATE. This is my 3rd week of trying to reach this office. No one answers. MY brother has gone here for many years he says they strive for patient satisfaction and help U THE BEST THEY CAN WHEN YOUR SICK. I need a new primary I don't have one is there anybody in the office that is taking new patients. I just got health insurance and my brother said some doctors aren't taking new patients any doctors here taking new patients? I haven't had a check up in years.
