The person I spoke with was professional and explained the different coverage options I had for my auto and home policies, which I appreciated. However, getting a call back took a little longer than I would have liked, and the process felt a bit slower than I expected overall. It is a solid choice if you are looking for someone local to handle your insurance needs, but be prepared to follow up if you are in a rush.
I called these teo ladies with State Farm (Megan and Katie) after having a terrible experience with my long time insurance provider who in the past couple of years has gotten worse with their customer service, billing and all out company ethics.. i wont say their name but it rymes with throwgressive... The office was very easy to work with. The office staff was very friendly and attentive to all my questions and needs. They followed up immediately with me. I was impressed with our appointment where they walked through every line item of our declarations, explaining them and allowing us to ask questions and the best part is we saved over $2500 a year in our insurance.
Megan made it SO EASY to switch over to State Farm! I’m now saving over $80 a month by switching over. The customer service is beyond amazing and I’m so excited that I was able to work with her on this insurance transition!! Definitely recommend anyone looking for insurance or even a quote to see if you could save!
