Dr. Douglass was great. He explained his diagnosis thoroughly in an easy to understand fashion. I’m glad I went to see him!

Saw Dr. Douglas as part of a Workers Compensation case. The office was a bit tricky to find and I had to valet park ($5) as I am not familiar with White Plains parking. Once inside, staff in the lobby were very helpful in directing me to the office. There were two lovely receptionists to check me in and I waited about 15 minutes to be called in. I immediately was brought into the small waiting room. Both of my hands were X-rayed. The doctor came in shortly and spoke to me. I have very bad arthritis. He explained what my options are.
