Nathan did a spectacular job of helping relieve my back pain and the pain in my upper leg associated with the L4-L5 disc in my back. I was particularly motivated to get help prior to a trip in which I would be flying on a commercial aircraft, and I was also planning on doing a considerable amount of hiking on the trip. He clearly explained what we were doing and why. Nathan has a great "bedside manner." Within 3 weeks I was doing well and have done so since then. Highly recommend Nathan!!
Mr. Tumlison was very good at explaining what his goals were for me. His evaluation was very thorough and the McKenzie exercises helped reduce my back and leg pain very fast. It took only 2 weeks of treatment to stop all the pain. I was put on a home exercise program and the pain has not returned.
