Pt called several time for preauthorization for a medication. The insurance reports the PA Mcbride did not put adequate information for the preauthorization and the insurance denied the preauthorization. When patient informed the PA that he needs to send another preauthorization with all the information needed he didn't bother to call the patient or try to resend the preauthorization with the information needed.
