Dr.Bradley got me in and helped me more than another Dr has helped me he's pretty awesome I will continue to see him
I was referred to Dr. Bradley around 6 weeks ago and have still been unable to get an appointment. The front desk says they require records to make an appointment, but they refuse to request records from primary doctor's office. They also seem to keep losing my referral. They say they don't have it, I email it to them, then they confirm they received it, but the next time I call to try to get this appointment scheduled they say they don't have my referral. I want to say the biggest thank you to Dr. Bradley even though those words pale in comparison to the gratitude I feel. He saved my right kidney. Exceptional care by this Dr. Will never ever use another Urologist!
I haven't even seen this doctor yet. It's very difficult to get a urologist who takes my insurance. I not only need a referral but a authorization as well. Well first the authorization doesn't have the correct address on it. So I have to call and get that corrected. Then I call to see if I can finally get an appointment. They ask me if the authorization has been corrected or not. Well you tell me? You have the records right in front of you! Then she ask me for the authorization number. How should I know!?
