After 3 1/2 months trying to get an initial appointment after my referral for surgery, calling every week, transferred to over a dozen phone numbers, resent paperwork, left multiple messages for the nurse, and no one returned my calls. After giving up and looking for a different specialist surgeon I was suddenly scheduled without anyone calling to see if that appointment would work. Don't even bother trying to reach his practice. Over 2 months since my referral for surgery, called every week and transferred to over a dozen phone numbers. Once I reached a central appointment desk we had to re-fax the referral, submitted all the requested clinical notes, left multiple messages with the nurse, and still no one will return my calls to schedule even an initial consult much less scans and surgery.
