I'm so disappointed, no costumer service no follow up with a customer, I made a call this morning to ask for a plumber cause I have a bad leak in the house, a man answered and said he'll call me back, I've been waiting for about 2 hours no call, then I called back, he said he's sending someone around 4 to 5 pm, I waited until 6 pm no call no show, then I called back, he said he'll call the technician to see what happened and he'll call me back, now it's 7:20 I didn't hear nothing from him, that is the worst customer service ... read more

If you actually expect to get your plumbing repaired, I wouldn't recommend using Nathan best plumbing in Gastonia,NC. I called on Monday to get someone to repair a broken tub spout. They said they would come out on Friday and give me a call on Thursday to set up a time. I received a text on Tuesday with a link to rate their service. I replied with my contact information and asked for confirmation for a Friday appointment. I never received a response. The two gentlemen that came where very down to earth and knowledgeable. Took care of business played with my dog and gave a warranty for their work. Definitely worth the money and their time. I am very appreciative with the work they did.
