I was greatly impressed with the communication process from the minute I scheduled the appointment as a new patient to the time I left after meeting with the doctor. Each person I interacted with took the time to listen and smiled and entered my information accordingly. And my experience with the doctor was a pleasant one compared to most experiences. He respected my desire to control my medicine choices and procedure choices and gave me the guidance I needed to make decisions moving forward with the health of my spine
